These terms are the agreement between you and FAC for use of this website. If you do not agree, stop using the website and do not submit a booking.

These terms govern use of this website. They do not replace any later written confirmation or contract for advisory work or provider matching.

About FAC

FAC is a Hong Kong-based advisory firm. We help institutional clients establish a presence in Hong Kong and use Hong Kong as a node to enter mainland China or Middle East markets. Advisory work is performed and billed by FAC. For matched providers, you contract and pay the provider directly. FAC selects and coordinates.

FAC is not a law firm, not an accounting practice, and not a licensed financial institution in Hong Kong. This website does not issue licences, does not grant regulatory approvals, and is not licensed professional advice in any jurisdiction.

Bookings and services

A form submitted through this website is a request for assessment and a quotation. It is not an offer, and it is not a promise that FAC must provide services. We may decline, pause or ask for more information.

The scope, fees and timing of advisory work are as later confirmed in writing by both parties. Services supplied by a provider are contracted and paid between you and that provider. FAC does not warrant that provider’s performance, fees or regulatory standing.

You warrant that the information you submit is true and complete, and that you are authorised to make the request for the organisation named. Delay or loss caused by inaccurate information is yours to bear.

Intellectual property

Copyright, trade marks and other rights in the copy, layout, photographs, marks and other materials on this website belong to FAC or the relevant rights holders. Except as these terms allow, you receive no licence.

You may view the site on a screen and, for personal non-commercial use, print individual pages or keep a reasonable copy on a device you control. You must not copy, republish, mirror, scrape, sell or otherwise use the materials commercially without FAC’s prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You must not interfere with another person’s use of this website; attempt unauthorised access to our systems; introduce viruses or other harmful code; place an unreasonable load on the site; or make false or misleading statements in a booking.

We may suspend or limit access without prior notice in order to protect security, deal with abuse or comply with law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and disputes relating to this website are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. You may also bring proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction over you, where applicable law gives you that right.

Language

These terms are published in Chinese, English and Arabic. The Chinese and Arabic texts are translations. If the language versions differ, the English text prevails.
